Some of my obsessions are: coffee, T-Tapp, mystery novels, affirmations, creating easy and delicious meals, and writing on this blog. One day, I hope to write a book!

I am certain that when you want to CHANGE your health and even your circumstances, and BELIEVE you can, you will GROW to become the happiest person you know.

It is my honor to serve those who BELIEVE they were created for more than just living paycheck to paycheck, and dealing with health conditions that limit them from a delicious life. As a wife, homeschooling mom, and a woman that has had her share of being a diet junkie, I know all about the challenges we struggle with as we juggle multiple hats in our lives. 

Weighing in at 230 pounds, I was depressed, despised any full length mirror, and felt like the world was crashing down on me. I look back at those dark moments of crying in my closet, and realized it was a small chapter in my journey that led me to see my true purpose on earth, which is helping people uncover their true purpose in life and rock their personal health and wellness goals, and even their financial goals.

I hate diets. Period. 

The biggest reason I hate diets is because I’d always gain the weight back after getting off of it. I hated the feeling of not having enough willpower to succeed with it. It became a struggle and a journey to try and find something that worked. 

Can you relate? It’s frustrating, isn’t it?

I decided to stop searching for the “perfect solution” and got back to the basics. Real Food + Real Life = REAL SUCCESS
