After enjoying hot apple pie for so long, I had to come up with an easy way to make apple pie nutritious and delicious.
Why not have a healthy version of apple pie – as a smoothie? đŸ˜‰
It’s super simple too!
You will need:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
Simply blend all ingredients in your high-powered blender, such as a Vitamix, and voila!
It takes less than 5 minutes to make, and it’s healthy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana peeled
- 1 apple cored and chopped into large chunks
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, load in your Vitamix or high-powered blender, then blend until smooth.
